1. Accept payment through POSB Savings Transfer 126-46426-6
2. Items sold are not refundable. Please kindly confirm your purchase before making payment.
3. No Exchange for another item. Colour of items may vary slight different from the picture due to resolution.
4. Delivery charge of $5 applies for orders out of defined free delivery areas.
5. Place an order by emailing to bpmail08@yahoo.com.sg or inform thru here with the following details: a) SMH Nick / Name b) Email Address c) Items details d) Address e) Selected delivery day and time f) Name, date of transfer, transaction reference.
6. Please email or inform thru here once payment is made. Please expect about 1-2 days for items to be prepared and delivered out as most items are handpicked upon order. If any urgent order required, please let us know in advance and will try our best to accommodate but we appreciate no last min cancellation of orders pls.
7. Some items are of seasonal stocks (as we try not to overstock the items), for items listed if OOS, pre-order are available, waiting time approx 1 -2 week as stocks are mainly from overseas.
8. Please expect slower response during day time on working days.
